WOW! Is sore really descriptive enough? I ache with a feel proud of myself, ache. I like Yoga Booty Ballet. It’s fun! Although the word Funky was used a little more then it should be. The instructors are cute, and not too bossy. They have a website
http://swervestudio.com And of course where I bought the first DVDS; http://www.beachbody.com
Gillian Marloth and Teigh McDonough look like they enjoy the whole process. This is something I can do while I am so out of shape. It will motivate me and melt me down. I love exercise Tapes and Dvds. I prefer outside sports. Time has not been very friendly for that. One of kiddos made up a exercise chart for me. She was so proud of me for wanting to work out. Hubby bought more DVDS in the YBB for me from http://www.amazon.com. I love my family for being so supportive.
Thanks are in motion. Mostly my mouth saying, OWCH!

You know what? Weight Gain is boring. I mean really boring. I have lost my energy;
I have lost my desire and I have lost all will power. All I think about is my fat. “Does this pair of jeans make me look Fat?” Actually came out of my mouth the other day... What's with that? I swore I would never ask that. My sweet hubby looked up from his computer screen and said... nothing. Silence can be deadly: a wise man knows when to stay silent. I would blame it on the snow pack not really a lot of snow this year to ski. BUT I still live in the great flat where walking could be the easiest exercise. Really, I could walk ten miles and never see a hill. So excuse’s won’t work.
Muffin top? Heck, I am the whole wedding cake.
So Now what to do about it? Exercise. and cut down on the amount of food. Not what I eat. I am good with nutrition. I am talking about the amount. I know to throw in more good for the body fuel less, wow that is sugary, salty and fluffy food. If I am what I eat, I am a creamy ice cream shake with extra potato chips with an orange to chase it down (makes me feel noble) to know I ate one vitamin C high fiber food. So instead of having a zillion calories I have a zillion and 60 for the day.
Today that changes. If your not having fun do something else. I am getting back in shape.
There I have said it. The whole world knows. Or at least the few that read my blog. If anyone. If I fail you all will know. They say public shame can motivate. Of course that doesn’t help Mr. Bush.
Well, sitting here burns very little calories. . Hmmm, I think I will do Yoga Booty Ballet.
If I can move after that I will post my results. Oh I need to lose 25 pounds. 25 Pounds.
Sorry I had to repeat it.

A craft of tall measure.
Snow people made out of beach balls, plaster of paris, white exterior paint and Knifty knitter scarves.
I used the green loom and using packing twine and Green waxed jute. It is water proof. Works like charm. And they wrap around the snow persons neck so staples weren't needed. I rather liked it and so did everyone that saw them. Next year clothes out of oil cloth and faces. I ran out of time.

Time for walking in the cold. I loom knitted my first hat for me. It covers my ears. The Elf in the picture was knitted by my Fifth grader. Needle Knitting. I love walking this time of year. The chill, the Christmas lights. Fireplaces swirling smoky wisp around me as I walk the dogs with my now recovering husband. A slow steady walk to improve his health. My neighbors have gone all out for Christmas. It is beautiful. Life is so worth everything!
Our family is a swirl with Crafting. Right now the kids are working on a cute idea with form crafts.
More on that later.

Thanksgiving went like a blurry shooting star.
Hubby and Uncle out of hospital. Whew! Such a huge relief! I love my husband with all my heart. I didn't want to face a lifetime without him! My best friend and my greatest love. They broke the mold when they made my hubby. He is one out of 24,000 men. I say that fact because my uncle also is cut from similar cloth. And I know many fine men! To have my favorite men folk in a hospital down the hall from each other was a burden only God could help me bare. My Aunt took charge. One would think she was in the Marines. Chores done, house clean , kids fed, homework and where they were suppose to be. And she still did hours at the hospital. I watched in amazement as she juggled and delegated. My shy aunt became super woman while I was thinking I was more modern- silently crumbled. We had the first Thanksgiving at home. The guys in PJs and the ladies in very casual clothes. No dressing up, but shoes please! We all missed ties and Jackets- I think, secretly, we love to dress nicely. It makes much nicer pictures. My Aunt timed out a fantastic dinner. We are normally way for Thanksgiving. The last time either of us had attempted roasting a Turkey was 15 years ago for each of us. My Aunt baked pumpkin pies the day before. Just the right amount of spice and browning. She then cooked the meal with help from the kids and I. She masterly roasted the turkey as if she had been doing it all along. A wonderful meal was had by all. The tables set and candles lit. Even in our casual wear we had a real thank-full Thanksgiving this year!
