A craft of tall measure.

Snow people made out of beach balls, plaster of paris, white exterior paint and Knifty knitter scarves.
I used the green loom and using packing twine and Green waxed jute. It is water proof. Works like charm. And they wrap around the snow persons neck so staples weren't needed. I rather liked it and so did everyone that saw them. Next year clothes out of oil cloth and faces. I ran out of time.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Wednesday, December 06, 2006

Time for walking in the cold. I loom knitted my first hat for me. It covers my ears. The Elf in the picture was knitted by my Fifth grader. Needle Knitting. I love walking this time of year. The chill, the Christmas lights. Fireplaces swirling smoky wisp around me as I walk the dogs with my now recovering husband. A slow steady walk to improve his health. My neighbors have gone all out for Christmas. It is beautiful. Life is so worth everything!

Our family is a swirl with Crafting. Right now the kids are working on a cute idea with form crafts.
More on that later.
